Purple REIGN…

Purple, purple, purple, purple….I think I have said it a few times. Yes this luxe shade is the chosen colour of royalty for a reason. Purple is said to connote luxury, wealth and sophistication. I just like it because its feminine and romantic, so much so I literally wore it from head to toe……

Get The Boot…

She walked past me and I knew I couldn’t let this golden opportunity pass me by. Short of tackling her – just so i could get her attention (maybe a slight exaggeration) we started talking…

This young lady is owning the carefree and rebellious look – pairing a beautiful loud patterned dress (that could pass for a cocktail dress mind you) with rugged and edgy boots…

I look to the streets for my fashion inspiration…..love this look #NoWords.

Uniform…

For days when I want to look well put together without too much thought or fuss I reach out for my “uniform”.

The key piece is the white shirt. I don’t care what anyone says, nothing says simple elegance than the simple white shirt…

Add a basic bottom (skirt, pants, shorts – what ever you like), throw some signature accessories into the mix and Voila! Instant Chic..

Glasses – Rayban; Shirt – Country Road; Statement Necklace – Lovisa; Skirt – Portmans; Shoes – Sportsgirl; Bag – Mimco

Shades Of Grey…

I was patiently waiting to cross the traffic lights to reach my office building when i saw “Mr Grey”. I decided to interrupt his morning routine (I later found out) of coffee and a cigarette for a quick guerilla photo shoot.

What I liked about this gentlemen’s outfit was the way he made monochrome grey athletic wear look edgy yet still sensible and practical for the changing season. The sunglasses definitely add to the “cool” factor…

Fashion On Deck…

As I write this, its late and its quickly coming to the end of what can be best described as a crazy ass day. Firstly I completed my 9 -5 grind, then I had to race home to prepare a two course meal for my fashionable girlfriends who were coming around to mine for mid- week dinner party.

Here’s what i wore throughout today’s challenging yet stimulating day…

As you know i am a major fan of nautical fashion…..A sweet stripe pencil skirt with a simple basic wife beater and pumps completed my look of the day.
